What is MyoSimple?
MyoSimple® is an oro-facial myofunctional rehabilitation mouthguard, designed to promote functional correction of breathing, swallowing, tongue posture and chewing, under the supervision of a healthcare professional.
These disturbances can impact skeletal development of the face, posture, teeth alignment and occlusal balance. They can also lead to obstructive sleep breathing disorders (OSBD) with possible consequences on behavior, learning, attention and height-weight growth.
When used early in a myofunctional rehabilitation program, MyoSimple® promotes the acquisition of good functional habits (nasal breathing, tongue posture, swallowing). It can be used in conjunction with orthodontic or medical treatment, according to your practitioner's advice.
